@caxtonman don't think so. Unless your thinking of the toilet snorkel which they had a diagram for. it was a device for allowing you to breathe in the event of a fire in a hotel room. The diagram was a picture of a guy with his mouth on one end of the tube and the other down the s-bend :( that was series 4 episode 2.
@xxxScollxxx It was in the H series (Health and Safety), where they showed some sort of bellows that were used for it, and they also had pictures to illustrate it.

@caxtonman I can confirm that they indeed revisited this topic with the actual apparatus in hand as well. Just a question, is some of the scenes from around 4 minutes like before QI got more funding? Or even a prototype of the show? Very low budget at the time
I like this video for two reasons: QI is awesome and because not many people view this video there aren't any argumentative comments which is a nice change. thanks a ton for uploading :)
