This set of videos ( and I haven't finished them all) has been more than helpful. I am a Quicken user on PC for many years and the switch to MAC took some learning and now after watching these helpful videos I have learned so many little details that will make my QEM even better than before----THANK YOU SO MUCH
Thank you for taking the time and effort to produce these videos. They have, however, only further convinced me what a piece of CRAP Quicken Essentials is. It isn't even as automated as Quicken 2006, which I had to give up to go to OS X Lion.
I found this very helpful. I cannot, however, when reconciling, drag and drop and merge two journal entries which are identical and represent the same charges, as you did in the middle of your 5th video. How do you do this?

May Intuit go out of business forever.
