There is nothing at all accurate about this calculator, as it does not take into account many variables, most notably, body fat distribution. This will, in most cases, over estimate bodyfat levels as most people carry the most fat around the mid section and this is the only site taken - What about overall muscle mass?, or fat measurements in other areas?
perhaps look into skin fold calipers that can measure multiple sites for a more accurate reading. Skin fold calipers are pretty cheap too.
@thepunkguru The healthy average for a male is 10 - 20% and the healthy minimum is 5% for a female the healthy average is 20 - 30% and the healthy minimum is 10% Don't worry I'm a 13 year old girl and my body weight is apparently 25% I guess going through teens would make you slightly fatter =)
i guess then it might be wrong, i think bmi calculators are more appropriate and presice eg: nhs bmi calculator. guess i'll get a proper bfp done at my gp. tc

works fine for me. great program and well designed. so I'm at 7.05% body fat...yeah that's about right
