  • they grow so fast :(

  • I train my curly in agility but he REFUSES to do the A and also the balance. He has NO reason to, he loved them before and now he backs of, or runs away, everytime he see's them :(

I want him to go that far as you and your dog :D

  • how do u get into agility? i just got a curly puppy and i really wanna get into agility with her!... how do u train them to do all the jumps and stuff?

  • just check your local directory, there should be lots of aility training places around..i live in a small city and ther are 2 diff. agility training courses here...i finished level 1 with my curly and he loved it, but he's not the temprament for competition...he liked playing with the other dogs as much as being on the equipment!!!..i'm going to try "dock dogs" next as he LOVES the water!!!

    good luck..most dogs LOVE agility!!

  • haha i think mine may be like that too... shes would to bust socialising with all the other dogs to do anything :) do u have to start teaching your dog agility at a certain age?

  • my curly entered at age 2..there were dogs of all ages/sizes in his class..but no young ones as their hips aren't mature enough to do the weave poles..i couldn't commit to the days involved over the summer to carry on to level 2, but he loved the lake so much i didn't feel quilty...

lol...i called him from the kitchen one day & he hopped (flew!!) over the liv. rm. couch, weaved b/t 4 din rm table chairs,& then tunneled under the barstool...guess he thought we were still in training!!!
