melo has a pretty stroke, doesn't dip at all. but any good shooter in the world can do what he just did, this is not that impressive, we only saw 5 shots

fundamentally, yes. in a perfect catch and shoot, there would be no dip at all (like in melo's). however, if it is quick enough, close enough to your body, and doesn't slow down your shot too much, then it shouldn't be too big of a problem. it is natural to dip the ball, and easier in terms of rhythm

Hes an alright 3pt shooter, he shot 50% from 3 in the Playoffs, he's certainly improved. But yeah the 3pt line is his fav distance to shoot from (mid range in the NBA)
