so if i was to but say an old 1997 mini, and driopped a 1.4 or 1.3 engine in it , would it be quick. slow cars really frustrate me but i really want a mini. only problem is i dont want to put a roll cage in becuasse that would mean losing the back two seats that i need :/

any thoughts? top end speed of 1.3 mini??

Unfortunately the dual bike engined mini obviously handles like crap. Mini's are first and foremost well handling cars. if you want to be fast in a straight, you can have it faster for less time and money invested.

I wanta build one of these so bad. But dont have the $4000 for a decent mini or the 10 grand for the swap kit and awd. I already have a gsr engine, but i wanta supercharge it b4 it goes into mini hense the need of awd kit.

if i was you id sell the gsr motor and do a Integra ITR (b18c), Civic CRT (b16b) or Si-R (b16a), Accord Euro-R (h22a) or newer RSX type-S (k20a) dohc V-Tec motor.... the grs (b18c1) is a motor that has issues and is very restricted and picky with upgrades. if it was my build i would do a K20A if i had the money or a B16A if i didnt

maybe its just me but I think the music doesnt go with it at all! if you are going to show off mine and other peoples minis I think they would sound much better without the music! I love the way you have edited the videos together but I would prefer it to just be the screaming engines and no chav techno stuff. My own personal opionion - so its doesnt really matter......... I just the think the 'market' would turn the volume right down because the music is horrific lol
