  • check my page for some HIPHOP and R&B BEATS.

  • maybe u should learn 2 make sounds #JustSayin

  • Amazing! God Bless!

    Much Love From The NYC!

  • which sample did you use for the brass or strings dont knw. i mean the second hit after the drums. i need to knw the reason devices you used thanks . nice beat n vid

  • RANDOM: I have that same MarcEcko Cut&Sewn Speaker Shirt

  • @SOTAMuzik1

Lol that means I need some new gear!

  • nice!!!.greetings from Croatia!!!!

    best!!!!!

  • @josko28

    Thanks!

  • @traumahdrums ay i was looking at another video on youtube and i found a producer with the similar loop lol thats funny good beat check mine out

  • what sequencer are you using to make those beat? tnahk you man.

  • @socektor430

    This is Reason 5!

  • @traumahdrums Thank you man!

  • and it takes much time to make something what you've made but you've got some. and I say this not to judge about you I want you to say that music is never so simple. look that makes your music has been great but he then really do instead of loops because that is not covered by their own music. peace ..

  • insperatie once I get I start a song which I just so long until I find and change their sound did. and all that good then you start with the next step is making the beat and yes that beat you have to do with hihat etc claps and more each piece must have sounded so good.

  • something on your keyboard and ready Spitz is no way it goes unfortunately you are the creator and you have to do it all ourselves so simple as not making music.

  • completely exchangeable and a full course gebruikje just left not that has nothing to do with music that you have not made otherwise a small child still making music put a few loops together to play

  • hey man, no it has nothing to do with talent everywhere you can sampels dounloaden they are free and yes I also have a mega pack of samples from each sample but I take a very small part a kick that you call your hit one shot that you can still use but you have to

  • DOPE

  • make your own sounds bro...

  • Damn this sh*t makes me want to produce again. Love your energy family and love that track.

  • idc what these people saying, it was dope.

  • so if you want an advice Gefen start really making music so I mean all melody etc everything you create yourself and stop loops because sadly to say man this way you have never really madesomething of your self. hope you're just starting your own music and I mean literally. peace

  • @38ocin So, based on what youre saying, someone who samples doesnt have talent?

  • I'm not here to judge about you but still want to lose anything. loops you have to make so never use loops that is not your own work you can be part of a loop and cut a totally different spin on Gefen best man but if I derze way to start making music I make every day a hit .

  • hallo man,

  • Loops = WACK

  • @ReyR6

Its interesting to see you say this. Especially being that Hip Hop music started from drum loops and drum breaks. Modern Hip hop music producers wouldn't even exist if it weren't for the implementing of drum loops. The first drum machines created were sample based. All of the old hip hop music for the most part included samples. Do your history fam.

  • @traumahdrums Man forget that fool...the loop, the beat, tune, melody, whateva u call it ...is Hottttttttt....do ur thang boyyyyy dat shit rocks =)

  • @meandmybobo

    Lol right on fam. Thanks.

  • @beatmakersuniversity To be "frank" your right the birth of hip hop came from sampling look not only at snoop dog, tupac, jay-z,.....even some of the greats like run d.m.c, funk master flash, or the fat boyz, sampling in so many words created a whole new generation of music thats here to stay.HOWEVER what I'm saying is be ORIGINAL.I can't even to begin to tell you what it feels like when your up all night tweaking a sample and it turns into something amazing. To me drag an drop has no artistry

  • If u want to be a special producer, not one of all standard producers, then try to create your own sound/style, may take some time but then u can mean something for the music industry

  • Technically u aint even making 'beats' if u dont program ur own drums, nothing wrong with using loops for sum insparation or to add to ur beat but if u make hip hop u really should spend a lot of time on the drums, mabey more than anything else. Plus laying down drum tracks through an mpc/mpd or whatever is probably the most enjoyable part of making beats apart from krate diggin' and laying down samples using the same method. just my opinion though...

  • There are loops out there that if you make your own midi drum track underneath it, you can get some pretty sick beats out of it. May never make an album, but it is great ear training practice.

  • yo thxs for the advice bro i deffintlly subscribed to u u should go cheak out some of my music,,,, seriouslly , richey angel

  • can we get a count of how many times he says "locked in"

  • Yo i got like $300 to drop, and im tryin to start makin my own beats n shit. One of my buddies said to start with a midi pad. Suggestions?

  • @agent00redneck Download some free 30 day trials on some music software, Acid, Ableton, Pro Tools. Then see where you want to go.

  • @LoserWithAMuse Well, Pro Tools 30 day trial still requires the Ilok and all the Hoopla!

  • @RLDeMerritt Not really, you do not need all that fancy gear to be a good producer. All that gear really is for is too make new sounds, it is always about the new sound. The point with buying the software is too see what kind of style you want to fuck with and too get yourself used to how it all works. Then you can buy all the fancy gear when you get the basics down on your favorite software.

  • sick guy, enough said

  • I wish you could do workshops or go around schools and talk to kids or anyone willing to learn, cos you are intelligent, eloquent, zealous, energetic and most of all truthful.I like your honesty.Anyone who doesnt realize this and go on to write silly comments is "retard"(sorry but thats the truth). Thanks for the clip

  • This remind me of the old sound of scott storch! Were's he at?

  • Lolz, try to make Psytrance you will fail with your *stock sounds*....for what he have all the Hardware? Music Production in the next Level? In commercial Way Perhaps.....Take this Super Stock Reason Sounds with this wow 100 Loops, take a teeny girl let her sing something to it, take Autotune make her Voice bright and shiny, both through a software Multiband Compressor with Preset Fat Bass and thats it? Humbuk

  • nah... the less you have to work with, the more you strive to make a better sound, and in turn, your sound becomes more personal and unique. and remember, NEVER LOCK ON TO A SET OF RULES! because this will give you a style, which, in my opinion, IS LIMITING YOUR FULL POTENTIAL, AND IS BAD! - trust me.

  • He talks a lot of truth on the video.

  • I love it when cat that make beats DONT talk like they are gangsters. Thank you homie!

  • Who the hell can dislike a person that is helping you

  • i didn't know producers were also majors in human psychology!!!

  • @ericdansy - who uses loops? a lot of rappers use loops rza for one and he made millions

  • why you all hatin over here??? if u dont like it get the fuck out...

  • i gotta know where you got that flute from???

  • i really liked the video till i herd you say loops??

  • @JRobertsonMusic - chopped samples are loops smh

  • beat sucks!!!!!

  • i can relate to this

  • Fuck da looping ting learn how to make your beats from scratch

  • what horn sound are you using?

  • He sounds as genuine as a preacher... " An artists walked buy with cash in hand" smh bulllshiiiitt sucks people can lie with a straight face smh

  • Yeh thats alright if you're selling beats online for $5, or if you're churning them out for rappers you'll never meet, or for synch in the background on TV and that kind of thing... but not to put your name on and say "I'm a producer".... man go waste someone else's time!!

  • A beat should have your own type of soul in it like it should be all your creation just a thought... i personally like making my beats from scratch wit no pre-set loops.

  • @Jdiaz126 WORD!!!!!!

  • just dislike this crap

  • "you couldn't even tell that these are loops"

yeah, but music ain't about cheating and being lazy. how can you even pretend that this is your shit? daaaaamn.

  • Lazyass

  • the second you said "what you put in you get out" i opened up FL studio lol

  • I dint know all it took was one loop and to hold down one finger and you are magically a producer. You hip hop guys got it so easy

  • what type of trackball mouse is that?

  • How much do you charge for a Demo Tape Track?

  • the fun part of makin the beat is samplnig the drum sounds and finding them from everywhere and knowing its you own unique creation ;)

  • nice sound nice done :D

  • Comment removed

  • You did hav a very good point about the sounds tho....Its like lyrics we dont wanna hear the same lyrics ova nd ova...keep it fresh to the ears!!

  • let the nigga do his thing so many haters in the world. go hate yourself. dont hate others, hate yourself for what you have not accomplished. My opinion is he gave sound advice. Yes at one point you should make your own sounds, but using loops if fine if you want who cares it aint my music. I prefer to use everything at my disposal, so loops plus my own sound designing

  • If you would like to be a BETTER producer... Invest ur time and energy in the ability to CREATE from SCRATCH your OWN sounds... This way you have all the sounds in the world at your disposal.. as apposed to one from a bank of sounds being sold from a random on YouTube... Just saying...

  • @keisa12m Not to mention, it's your own signature which is what hits are built on!!!

  • @keisa12m i agree, im a music producer and i hate using loops & samples, a producer needs to be able to create a song from scratch!... invest in a mic and go around your kitchen banging spoons or bang your kitchen desktop n make it into a hard drum

  • @keisa12m its alright doing that for techno or dubstep. Just not for hip-hop.

  • @keisa12m nah, I think i will stick with VST packs that I can BUY that already have professional sounds that are ready to go whenever you need them. You BETTER producers who think you NEED to make your own sounds to be successful do not have a fucking clue. If it sounds good and makes your head bob, who gives a fuck where the sound came from! We are not all Timbaland and even he uses VST packs fool. So who am I going to listen too, Mr. Nobody Keisa, or Big Top Producers, hmmmm?

  • well done!! XD

  • 5:24 to 5:28 :O

  • LOOPS.. Are You Fuckin Serious ? Yo Check Out Ma Beats On Ma Page.. If You Like This Niggaz Beat Then You'll Love Mines..

  • this is shit beat :(

i make progressive fusion music and my chord progressions change constantly and so do my drum traks which are not made by loops but actually recorded on live drums or even a drum sequencer sometimes....

he made a whole song off just one measure...........wtf

  • how can you create your own style when making music with loops.. nice gear you got there

  • Get Locked In!!!!! Yesss Sirrrrr!!!!

  • Check out my page the more subscribers I get the better beats I'll release on my page!!!!

  • the 'FUNNEST" part of the beat is the ENTIRE beat

  • youre so shit

  • It is sound selection and how you make them sound!! Yes he is trying to sell his stuff but he is telling the truth. I do disagree with something he said awhile back he mentioned outdated sounds and sounds don't get outdated styles do. Back in the day Russell Simmons @ Profile later Def Jam was upset with his producers for not being able to create drum sounds like Marley Marl not to mention the extent Tmbaland goes to get his sounds...Sound Selection is key!!

  • yeah you are just selling your stuff nigga

  • Invest in your sounds...When I was 18 a big producer told me to update my sound library every 3 to 6 months and it changed my life. Your only as good as your sound library.

  • U aint never lied

  • I smell a scammer now......

  • Loops... hell na

  • @MRxDAZZLE real tlk

  • Loops are fine if you don't want to go the extra mile but don't expect people to say "Hey That Sounds Original" because it's not. Loops are simple and all you're doing is adding to it. For me that's not so creative. When you hear me you'll know it's me. Ya Feel Me??

I'm not hating I'm just saying.

  • @MRxDAZZLE He is using hes own loops, he made them himself

  • Dj Le Governor here!

  • i still dont understand why a beatmaker would wanna sell his drums he created..defeats the purpose..seems like its a currency issue..much respect regardless to the brother

  • anything you can do i can do better...but mad respect bro

  • wasup?

  • my nigga trauma

  • Good SHIT I HAVE READ THE MASTER KEY AND THE SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH AND I CAN TELL HE HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS HOW TO USE IT IN LIFE

  • People hate on loop musicians. (EX: "He didn't make the sample, those are someone else s instruments, etc.) You never hear anyone say "that guitarist did not build his own guitar", like the old day musicians. "That pianist did not build his own piano, so he is not a pianist".

  • Yo Bro,

My name's Ryder. I'm 12 years old. I'm trying to be noticed as a producer. Can you check out my beats and give me some feedback. I don't have many subscribers, I'm just trying to do my best at what I love.

  • @JackBanger same with me, it doesn't feel right as opposed to making your own drums, it's not unique

  • hella man!

  • when I got Boi-1da's drumkit he put out, I went crazy making a SHITLOAD of beats! :)

  • this guy speaks the truth. agreed to the fullest.

  • Finding the right sounds.. Hmmm. What about that drum (loop) you used.. Try going hard on the beat vs's using a loop someone already made..

  • its not sound selection, yet it is how a producer makes it sound

  • true words

  • When I pick up some loops, I kinda feel gipped in the production aspect because the loop is not mine.

  • @JackBanger true! but!! and let me just say that there was a debate about it i would be on your side, the audience, that doesnt have no clue, wich just want to listen good music.. first they will never be able to tell if its from a library or not and then.. they just dont give a shit!!!!! really! i do! coz i make music... but the listener really doesn't!

  • say BANGER with a white boy accent lol

  • Word for the day...LOCKED IN!

  • Very True what you just said

  • i like him, cool guy

  • Point of making music is making music, not how much money you make of it?

  • @Lekisone187 he's talking about living off of it (comfortably) not about getting rich

  • Man.. why do people want to worship the universe.. i'm sorry but brother it's God who gives back what you put in and they are called blessings. stay away from that new age crap.

  • @greenman33fly isn't it the same?? the expression of gratitude towards life?

  • @greenman33fly with every new age comes a new way of thinking, believing, and perceiving. stay away from that crap that your parents called you when your age was new!

  • Thanks for those words of Wisdom. I really like Your Flavor. Nice Work ! ! !

  • @BrettStutts garage band

  • cool ! whats the name of the bass you used ?? thx

  • the big question always remains the same can you drop them hits?

  • great producers are not in it for $ but the love of the art if want to be great you have to work hard in an off the studio dont worry about money that well eventually come but you have to drop them hits

  • This was very inspiring Trauma thank you, I can tell you are truly are a professional before you even started making the beat just by the very way you talk about the art and state of mind you should be in for production. Staying focus and enjoying what you do is the key to success!
