Still i wanted to ask you if you could post some good , very very hard leg body-weight exercises .They're so extremely hard to come by online. Thank you and keep up the good work!
nice video. btw you inspire me to restart my training after a long long break. When I restart I was like coming back home from a long journey. It was worth all the work i did though. Keep it posting my friend. I am sure you give inspiration to others too.
I got (and still have) some sort of tendinitis or 'arm splints' from doing pull-ups. I've had this for months. It's difficult to avoid using these muscles long enough for them to heal.
@proteanview Ok: while in pain, make use of an elbow sleeve (some sort of an elastic tube) whenever you do pull-ups: this device presses on the origins of your aching tendons and make them move less: in time, you will heal, by applying my advices too. Elbow pain emerges when one overtrains both the flexor and the extensor muscles of the wrist: they are so small that pull-ups and push-ups are already enough for they to grow strong. Cheers.
Very good info but i'm not quite there yet.

@lech3000 You're right: "we" belong in "well-being" and physical conditioning is an integral part of it.
So never leave your home again :)
