Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it said somewhere in the bible that only God can know when the end times will begin? Therefore, logically the end times can't happen when anyone claims it will happen, because then it wouldn't be only God knowing. By extension of this logic, as long as people claim the end is coming within their lives, the end is never going to happen.

@idahopaula Also the concept of Hell is illogical, because a pit of fire as you call it would be exothermic yet have to have the power to grab "souls". As the number of souls increase so would hell itself because of the sheer number of heat in the exothermic nature of the potential and thermal energy. Over the history of Earth billions of people have died that do not believe in J.C. If this is the case then Hell would have grown to much for the core to sustain the heat and destroyed the Earth.
