Mr. Possum meets the Palomino Cat

@MarkoHero12 No, not at all. One of my neighbors took him and raised the little guy up to where he could be released back into the wild. Now he comes over every night to dine on the food that is left over from the cat's evening meal, He's HUGE now thanks to the good food that he gets here at the house along with what he gets out of neighbor's trach cans.

We have possums living under our propane tanks and we keep food out for them every evening. So far we have been graced with two litters. Eventually they spread out and wander away. Opossums are harmless little creatures who will not attack and are not aggressive at all. They keep gardens and yards clean of worms, bugs, and snails. They seem to have a very harmonious relationship with our four cats, often sharing the food bowl at the same time.

one unlucky opossum came walkin into my black cats home area under the house and lets just say the opposum didnt stand a chance against Shadow. He's only 7 months old and hes already the size of a full grown cat. But he's still growing. Hes gonna be huge. I like oppossums but they can be very dangerous so Im glad I have an abnormally big black cat to protect the house. Nice Palomino!

Well, I pulled him out of a rat trap so he sort of trusted me. Once I made the video I turned the little guy over to a neighbor who took care of him long enough to be set free again.

awhile ago I hear a strange noise on my roof, I figured it was a cat they treck all over the roof every night, but then I heard a noise in the back yard, and it's 1 am-ish and we got a rabbit down there so i figured a darn stray was trying to eat him, and I go out there and see something unfamiliar, a possum, I didn't even know we had possums here! lol scared me a bunch

Possums are everywhere and are creatures of the night so you probably have not seen the ones that case your house for food. The Palomino Cat was feral before he decided on a sure thing at mealtime here at our house. There are four feral cats the dine here on a daily basis and if I forget to bring in the meal bowls at night you can be sure that any scraps left in them will not go to waste! We have one albino possum that comes by every night - huge animal too! Fun to watch them eat!

I live in Costa Rica and the last time I saw a possum was when I was living in the states, I've gotta say I've seen more sloths then I have seen possums that's what surprised me the most, first I thought it was a mangy cat, then a huge rat THEN when it ran off I was like "oh wow a possum!" and to think they are so common in the states haha

Thanks for the nice compliment about the Palomino Cat! He's really fun to watch and a very unusual cat like I have never seen before. The sounds that he makes are unique and I like to do videos of him when he confronts other cats that show up at the house for a free meal.
