  • I've lost 130 pounds I use to be 450 now Im like 315 so it can be done but get with a good trainer it's the best medicine they give you diffrent diets so u won't get tired so don't let me catch you mind controls body remember that

  • Just a heads up,.. Subways pretty bad for you... The whole Jared thing is just corporate propaganda to boost sales. Stick to food prepared at home low in carbs and high in protein. NO processed meats. they don't count. Chicken breast and tuna should be your bread and butter right now...

  • Twice for an hour at a time isn't too bad. You'll feel drained but it gives your muscles a chance to recover. As long as you don't work the same muscles two different times a day you won't have to worry about hurting anything.

  • I think you should rethink your reasons why you're doing this. You don't seem very happy. If you're happy with where you're at now, then maybe you should just work to maintain your weight where it is now, and give yourself a little break. You're doing awesome Pete, but I think being happy and clear about your goals are most important. Maybe you'll just realize you're happy for now.

  • Alternate cardio one work and weights on the next workout.

  • Been working out around 2 hrs a day, I workout on my breaks from work, 20 mins x3 and then 1 hour after work. If your going to go to the gym twice a day. Alten

  • Stop eating fat foods fatman.that easy. You'll lose your titts quicker then your hair

  • or stop eating anything, i swear to god if you do that you'll get ripped, but i know you like fat food so thats not gonna happen!

  • Pete u look like ur wearing urself out. just focus on wat u put into ur bdy nd alternate different activities. dnt just do da gym, do gym, walking, weights, running, jogging, swimming, bike riding etc

  • It helps to change your exercise every time so your body doesn't get used to the same routine it helps man

  • Also the low glycemic eating might be good for you because you seem like your really wearing out your body, maybe working on what you put into your body and how it makes you feel afterwards will help you lose more weight and you won't have to work out as much. And no, the low glycemic thing isn't too good to be true:) hope this helps a little

  • You should try earring low/medium glycemic food, it's really easy and it's actually good stuff, not just all veggies or whatever. You should at least look into it if you haven't already. I've lost about 25 pounds doin it with barely any excersize. It might be what you need to get your body even healthier. Your lookin great by the way, doin good:) keep it up

  • Hey Pete, I think two intense workouts in one day is a bit much. Your body needs some recovery time, so you could end up doing more harm than good. I'd say a nice brisk walk after dinner would do you just right.

  • Hang in there. It takes time and the weight comes off at first and then it seems to stop than you loose a little more at a time.

  • Keep going man you can do it! I haven't been to the gym this week but I'm going to go today. I say go once a day your body needs time to heal and recover, so then when you go next time you'll be stronger. But also switch it up a bit, if you did cardio today then tomorrow warm up a bit on a cardio machine then work on some weights it'll give your body a shock and it'll help you to lose more weight.

  • alot is not always better...you should always alternate between weights and cardio ...think of your body as a fruit if you drain all the juice out of a plum it stays the same size it just looks all saggy , same with your body if you do just cardio your body wont tighten up and you will end up with extra skin all over the place
