Now that I'm working 60-70 hour weeks, I don't find that I have the energy/desire/stamina to work a full 10-12 hour day and then head to the Gym. Also Portion control is a big issue. Limit your portions of food. Use smaller plates and bowls is a good trick. Also drink alot of water. I mean lots of water.
