@justkiddingduhh hes trying to make a point; though there are variations within the "asian" community, we are all inevitably asian in the end. we shouldn't be discriminating between each other regarding "types" of asian, but rather recognizing our similarities. His race is irrelevant in his profession anyways (though race should be irrelevant in ANY profession, ideally speaking).

haha you really don't know much bout working out I see, you are not supposed to push yourself to the limit or to failure as you will burn out... I powerlift and know many bodybuilders and powerlifters that would seriously laugh at the comment you just made. I'm still a fan and all but yea you are giving very bad advice to these guys who are probably very young just starting etc. they will burn out and not know how to handle it and will stop seeing results & quit or turn to a bunch of bogus supps

I think his point was to push yourself, considering the question sounded like it was from a beginner, using good form and pushing yourself is the way to go, the guy who asked the question was saying he swings like crazy when his tired. His just going swinging his way through with dumbells, when he should be using good form even if your tired push yourself. Obviosly dont use weights that you cant handle or your gonna cause damage, Bart coulda been clearer but i understood.
