This video is cited in the Wikipedia description of the Key System electric train line that ran up to 1958 on the left side of the bottom deck. One can see at 4:15min and later the safety nooks for the railroad workers to duck into when a train passed. At the time the remainder of the bottom deck was used for trucks in two directions and the top deck for cars in both directions. Soon the bottom deck after the tunnel will be history as well.
