Great job on showing millions of people how to get a 300 volt shock from a flash capacitor. I am sure he has been shocked before using his methods. The correct way to work on electronics is to discharge all power sources before working on them. This avoids damage to you and to your electronics. One wrong touch will numb your arm to the shoulder for several mins. Plug in solder irons also can carry a 20+ volt current to whatever it touches. Not recommended for micro electronics.

Did it, camera died.
When I power the camera on, the lens starts to zoom in, zoom out. Does it for about 3 times. After that does nothing. Cant see any image.
I inserted the pins allright. Im almost sure i soldered the two contacts ok. So im not sure what to do.
People: WATCH OUT FOR THE CAPACITOR. I shorted it out to discharge it. It will knock you down if it gets you! 300 Volts!
