Comic book and their character so they do tend to be silly, but their obviously made for kids and teens, but with all do respect at least there have been better comic adaptations of films than there have been of Mangas with the exception of Old boy, there are probably others I haven't heard of, the studio executives and filmmakers of Hollywood do not stay faithful to the source material so we end up getting garbage such as Dragonball Evolution, and unfortunately Akira is next

I'm still holding out for another Austin Powers film, I was on one hand dissapointed with Austin Powers Goldmember, I don't hate that it but The Spy Who Sahgged me was the best in the series, I hope that if they do make a 4th instalment the comedy has surpass it's predecessors

If you say so, but if you ask any other Austin Powers fan the majority of them are likely to say that The Spy Who Shagged Me is their favorite, I guess it how Return of the Jedi turned out where fans feel that the 3rd film didn't live up to expectations, its good that you enjoyed Goldmember, don't let anyone judge you because of the movies you like

@TheCosmicFireStar Yeah, it's hard to say that it's not. Goldmember wasn't bad but it definitely couldn't live up to The Spy Who Shagged Me. Plus, I didn't like how Austin and Dr. Evil were brothers.  Oh well though, the series is still great.

Hopeully Austin Powers 4 will make up for the lets down, let hope it doesn't turn out like Mike Myers other movie The Love Guru, or that the same thing that happened with Spider-Man 4, not a sequel but a remake, reboot redo or what ever the hell you wanna call it
