however the new created money has new debts attached to it. The Federal reserve is now the second largest owned of UST. The circle jerk between the treasury and the federal reserve printing paper out of no where will inevitably lead to hyperinflation

you said "the government is buying its own bonds" The Federal Reserve is a government entity. It's a private entity that has a monopoly on printing US currency, it is a private bank. The Federal Reserve loans money to the Federal Government at interest. The ramifications of this are huge. This means that there is always more debt in the system than money to pay it off. This is why the system is inherently inflationary as new money must always be created to pay the debts

How can any PERSON or legal entity "buy" anything that it already owns, or that it created itself? Think about that for a moment... LOL!! They aren't buying shit. They are fooling the sheep into thinking that this is some kind of legitimate financial operation, in order to have an excuse for the looting. Plausible deniability. I (sort of) understand the relationship between the un-federal "FED" and the gubermint, but this doesn't really clear up the "buy from yourself" paradox.

As the Federal Reserve is pumping trillions into the money supply, the only reason inflation hasn't kicked in yet is because the banks are all holding on to their money and refusing to lend to anyone. Once the nervousness passes and all that new money gets flooded into the economy, price inflation will truly begin. Paul Turner
