Roy looked good. Is has taken his body years to get used to the speed at this lower weight.

It is great, but I am VERY concerned to see Roy go to CW. The weight could bend him over for another 5 years... (after which it is too late).

He should imo. stay no higher than LHW.

Yes, he looked awesome.  I'm actually not concerned with him moving up to Cruiser because he said he won't go over 185 and he'll probably weigh-in like Danny Green did at 179/180, so he'll be fine. And I'm not concerned about Danny's fight style for Roy because Danny isn't as fast. I see Roy taking that belt and then hopefully righting Hopkins or a rematch with Glen Johnson.
