Whenever I'm asked what classic Dr Who monster I'd like to see return, I always say the Fendahl. Why? Because since his mother was the scientist lady in the original, I'm sure they'd have to rope Benedict in for the return. XD

I'd absolutely love Benedict Cumberbatch to be on Doctor Who, but unfortunately John Simm was just too brilliant as the Master to get rid of so fast.

i like the blonde John Simm as the Master and i'm kind of rooting for him to turn less evil for a moment (but still crazy) and travel with 11 and the Ponds for a spell. i think that would be fabulous!

I at least want John Simm return and figures out events that happened, maybe builds his own TARDIS or gets one of his old ones back then regenerates and either plots against or help the doctor till this madame kovarian bitch dies :D

If John Simm returns as the Master I will be SO happy! He was brilliant on both previous occasions and I look forward to seeing where he and the script writers can take the character next!

As for Benedict Cumberbatch - maybe he could be SonOfTheMaster - lets face it, the Doctor has a daughter so why not the Master a son? Now THAT would be something worth seeing - the only thing cooler than seeing John, Benedict & Matt together would be if David Tennant joined them... *dies of win*

@KookieKiller109 Nope. John Simm has indicated his willingness to return as the Master, depending on the script. He stated this in more than one interview when he was promoting Exile in early 2011.
