@ LadyMyrddin Because it's real,ONE MORE TIME..G is good for me,and a little H left me all H-ealed up, Kicks and Heals up within any thought of kicking, because that's giving in...He's gonna be OK! BUT, the REAL ISSUE here, let's hear it for the String Sisters, and bow our grateful heads in acknowledgement to this ineffable Celtic music, no messin' now...If there was but space I'd mention each one individually. Thanks, girls, you deserve our humble admiration and no playing around. Tapadh leat. XO
I stumbled across this while trying to figure out the difference between a fiddle and a violin, which led me to the Hardinfele Fiddle (some callt hem hardangers). I am now absolutely in love with this music!!
@MaisterniaRezozvuk The "Misters" are: Tore Bruvoll - guitar; Conrad Ivitsky - bass; James Mackintosh - drums & percussion; David Milligan - piano. Amazon UK carries copies of the dvd; other retailers may also.
Ilove this one, it starts out in 5/4 time and goes back and forth between 4/4 and 5/4 and finally ending in 5/4. Totally amazing to the ear and awesome to watch it done.
Love the Celtic music and enjoyed this very much I have just started listening to the Fiddle and Flute because of my daughters and have found that The Celtic have it mastered.
This tune written by the Norwegian girl Annbjørg with the Norwegian Hardangerfiddle, sounds more like Norwegian style folk music than Celtic. But the Celtic style they play is really good to.
Music which tingles down your spine - the best kind

Well this aint just celtic my friend. This is scandinavian, celtic and yank folk all rapped into one big lovely bundle of fiddle sound.

Just started listening to the Different types of Music associated with the Fiddle and love the Celtic the most.

Thanks! This is a fun piece. I like Annbjorg's sense of humor: "G-Strings", "Luseblus" (does not mean 'Sweater Blues'), "Aliens Alive".
