Oh, I miss this class. I work for Disney Foods department and I took this last March or April. SO much fun. They were thinking about having a continuation class...I hope they're still considering.

I like how the chefs are trained to very work hard on their dishes. That's the most important thing. They'll only allow their dishes to see the guest when they're perfect.
