UN is a political organisation so it's very bureaucratic. The inner riot in Iran is a very complicated situation. It's not okay that you're beatn up, everybody knows that. But he UN can't fight your state or soldiers or whatever because of international relation to other countries of your region.

The only possible way would be to restrict the trade to Iran but it would harm your people - difficult situation

The "UN" has no soldiers, only the states can send soldiers into countries.

Maybe the people woud help but the leaders are unwilling. After they get freedom they can choose for themselves.
