Clear let. However I must say that the ref, Barry Faguy if I'm not mistaken, is very good. I've seen him ref several international matches and he really knows what he's doing.

The Stroke call at 5:02 is a tough one in my eyes. On one hand, Lincou was still just moving towards the ball...he was NOT near enough to hit it when the interference occurred. Otoh, he most assuredly would have won that point but for the interference, so I guess that is what the ref based his decision on...the fair outcome of the point.

I think the stroke came from the fact that Ramy didn't clear at all. He hit the ball and stood on top of it -> stroke.
