Just a pity she couldn't make the highest notes as well as in the original soundtrack. And even in the cd, she's got problems with those notes. But I assume Kenji Kawai wanted a Lyric Soprano, and not a Coloratur one. And so, the Lyric Sopranos have a deeper voices, and some troubles to reach such high notes. But, anyway, it remains a very beautiful piece of work in the history of movies' themes.

This movie moved me. But then again, most of Mamoru Oshii's films have somehow impacted me creatively and emotionally. I guess I owe alot of Kenji Kawai for this as well. This really is a beautiful piece.

So coloured, so pure... The movie of Mamoru Oshii is great, and the songs of Kenji Kawai makes this film a masterpiece of the japanese movies.
