So? It's still a dumb kidnapping. And lemme tell ya, it wasn't as good a game as I hoped, not just because of the plot (having to fight you-know-hooligan) but also because of Peach. I admit she had some pretty good moves and the thing with the vibes, but most of the work was being done by Perry. Heck, the game was more ABOUT Perry than Peach, what with those strange dreams. That left a good cliffhanger that still hasn't shown. In the end, it was still about Kerog getting his tail kicked. Pitiful

@mrbenio Well, that's the main problem. Nintendo does not beother making ANY senseful plot within Mario Games. They only focus on the gameplay. That's why the main adventure series never really changes one bit. Shigeru Miyamoto alreadly spiked the plot for Super Mario Galaxy 2. He feels that the games need little to no story/plot at all.

So, I ask. Why not get rid of Peach, so we won't get to see her get kidnapped, anymore?

Well, to be honest, Mario and Yoshi have beaten Bowser in games without Peach. However, I think Peach should be kept instead of Bowser, because even though she's a magnet for kidnappers, people think of her as a great s-x model (depending the game), and she has shown signs of taking care of herself. The game that best shows that is Super Mario Bros. 2-I always chose her over the others. As for plots, I seem to be the opposite of Mr. Miyamoto. Besides, we still have Paulina for DK if Peach goes.
