There Isn't a Supra thats run a 6 but the gas motor sports celica and the rayglass celica both hav the 2jz in it that have run 6's then again there's a 4 cylinder thats run 6's. In the end Its Just about how much money they put into making them as fast as they can. Personally I'd rather put money into a v8, like you said, more convenient and more bang for ya buck. Im still with Supras though

@GTSTPM watch the IDRL, the Titan Scion runs sub 4.00 in the 1/8th with a Toyota Supra 2JZ motor in it, and a few companies out in Australia have made 2000+hp at the crank on an engine dyno in the 2JZ, the vid is on youtube I believe it is GAS motorsports

I was the driver of the in-car video. It was shot from my previous black 1998 Accelerated Performance stroker/80mm Supra. I raced a 1997 black WOTM built stroker/88mm from a 60 punch. I let off at just short of 180. I beat Jon 3 times that night. The car has since been totaled a couple years ago by a new onwer. This is not my new blue AP built th400 Supra. My new set-up would put 2 buslengths on my old black Supra. :)

it would never spool. if you look at the dyno graphs on these supras they dont hit full power til about 7k and thats with a 3.4 liter stoker engine and possibly Nitrous.

for a built rb a GT42 or 40 would probably be more efficient.
