Best way to have delicious, healthy, non-toxic food? Grow it yourself, naturally.

Next best: buy from local farmers that produce food sustainably, w/out artifical anything.

'Organic' food raised in a 'factory scale': 'free range' chickens than have access to a small concrete pad for only 1-2 of their 6-8 week lives (meat birds); 'organic' milk from cows kept feedlot style, 'organic' produce raised on chemical/water solutions (not natural for non-aquatic plants!), etc. It's YOUR life.

Dr. Chopra authored a book called "Corrupt to the Core" (Memoirs of a Health Canada Whistleblower) The publisher is KOS publishing in Canada. Strangely ;) the book is not available in major bookstores. The publisher also has many other interesting titles and has done a great deal of work around Lyme disease advocacy.

Michael Moore is so right about the health care systems in the USA. They can't even compare to a poor country like Cuba. They will NOT turn you away if they diagnosed you with a sickness. Fees are secondary whereas your health comes 1st!!

The pharmeceutical companies have taken control of our health care system and their concern is obviously NOT the welfare of the people but how they can increase their already large profits.
