That is an allegation, not by IAEA but by US and Israel and silently Saudi.

The question is why should US, Israel, UK, France, etc.. have nuclear weapon, used it already, threatened nations by it and yet the focus be on Iran whom clearly has no intention to build a bomb and if they did I as an Iranian would be behind them 100%, as this is the only way to deter the colonial powers.
