1997 - very sadly for all of us, she'd started to become ill and even more sadly for all of us it was 3 years before she passed away.

If I'm not mistaken, the Israeli Independance Day is in May, and Ofra didn't get married until July 1997. She was still single at this time of this video, and she wasn't the promiscouous type, so she wouldn't have contracted the AIDS virus yet. Maybe here she was just having an off day of some kind, or perhaps it was a case of bad stage lighting. Who knows.
