oh, I didn't do the quest quite like it was supposed to be done, because I got confused. I used tcl to get through the places and get most of the loot. I killed the bad dude, and now I am supposed to go to see the person in the Inn of Ill Omen but he is not there, is there any way to fix this?

you need to go to the ancient tunnels, and there should be a message popping up that says that a wall collapsed, go to where the dead end is, and you'll find the sanctum where he is.

Ok. At the end. The music when you came out of the office into the Inn of Ill Omen, where did you get that music? That fit like perfectly with this. My home is my castle, my castle is my home. xD And thanks to the pretty patch I got it to work finally! Now all I need is my lag to go away and to try to remember how to do this quest. xD
