I have a response to terror attacks:No war, no bloodshed. Indian governemnt should ensure there is no water for Pakis to grow food and the shaitans starve or depend on foreign countries for food. India's ultimatum should be hand over all the criminals or else we would cut back water from Indus and other rivers that flow into Porkistan from India. Goverment should immediately construct more dams on the rivers and divert river water to respond to the Mumbai terror attacks. Punch in their stomach.
