The way UTorrent works is when you start a torrent download it auto gens that file with all zeros (all data on computers is saved in 1s and 0s) and fills in the 1s as it downloads the torrent. The way file compression works is it uses mathematical equations to look for groups of 1s or 0s and compresses the large groups. So your not really compressing 700MB into 2MB your are compressing that .2 percent of data you downloaded and the rest was just blank data. Sorry to say but you lost that bet!
