Yeah... the music brought me into the scene, but what really brought me back was not only the positive vibe, but the COMMUNITY that was part of the scene. The community that was full of colorful personalities, each person's rave name reflecting on the personalities of themselves. There was just so much good when I started, despite the drug use.

It's like, when I started, I felt like I was welcomed with open arms... back in 2008.

I just hope we can go back to those happier times.

in 96 my first event was sporty and nikey's bday party in Lightening Point Angeles National Forest... Everyone was friendly and made you feel like a part of the scene even if you were knew... Dunes, moon tribe, and more and more of these undergrounds really still happen but the madness of kids who have no respect, no love, and like to go around dawging others, acting like its a fashion show, is the reason these things have map points and stay low key... The massives are still fun but u need VIP!
