In fact, she was a spy for Japanese Army during Japan occupied China in WW2. Chinese dont be so fool to thrust her. She was a wolf with sheep skin ! After the WW2, she became a member of Jap Parliment.

The film was produced in Man-Chu in China.Actors were played by Russian and Japanese. Li-Xiang-Lan was played a Russian girl,and the mane "Dmmitry Ivanovich Panin"inscribed on the tombstone was role her father.He was a Russian operatic Bass.

Li-Xiang-Lan sung the songs in Russian in the movie,and she ever recorded the 78rm in the Japanese version.So,the song have Rusian version and the Japanese version.
