Wow! This is the first I ever heard of this lady. I hope to see and hear more. Some of the most interesting music I have heard lately comesfrom Sengal, Guinea and Mali. Part of what sets their music apart from much of popular music in Africa and Europe and America in my mind, is that the women seem more serious as artists, not striving to be sex symbols like the women who make their mark in soukous videos. They demand that you respect their dignity. That can be sexy beyond belief.
