THERAMAGE 1 can you help me??? We have the same ipod shuffle, downloaded itunes, plug it in the cable... and nothing's working! plugged it many times already. Normally my usb port will open it, however, NOTHING HAPPENED. please please help!

@may19firefly1 Its easy just go to apple store and look for Ituns in top of the ipods and when you are in itune you will see downloed and click it and file will show up and put isntal

but don;t woory about your all albums they wont be replaced from you old version ituns.

I won one just a week ago and just opened it last night. I brought it to school and I was able to put it away quickly and since we are aloud to have them out during tests it was perfect cause I didnt have a giant cell phone type thing on there

They should have updated it. I have the good ol' second generation shuffle and this is practically no different.

@mardfet The tried to make it better. That was the 3G... But it was terrible. You had to use apple headphones to control it. The iPod Shuffle 2G worked fine, so they went back to what made people happy.
