It's sad that MY President has turned out to be such a disappointment. His economic programs have been a total failure. His 'apology' tour, a total failure. He and his team totally misunderstood his 'mandate' in 2008. I had great hope when he was elected, but now...he needs to go. I will NOT vote for him again.

I am just a kid, and haven't really been to a lot of the U.S. but from what I've seen in the news about your country problems, and me and my parents' personal experiences, I think I know where I'd prefer to live, and it's Canada.
@PeopleandPolitik42 You will find all of those things in ANY of the world's most densely populated cities. It's all a result of large amounts of people in small amounts of space. Rural areas make up a vast majority of America, and you'll find them to be very much the opposite of those qualities you describe, with some of the most kindly and neighborly people in the world.

I am just a kid, and haven't really been to a lot of the U.S. but from what I've seen in the news about your country problems, and me and my parents' personal experiences, I think I know where I'd prefer to live, and it's Canada.

I'd actually say closer to $100M, but who is counting?! The divided congress is a mixed blessing. The House has the purse, which should mean spending cuts and deficit reduction. On the other side, the senate is the U.S forgien affairs body. Take the new missle deal with Russia. An international treaty requires approval of 2/3 of the senate. Not going to happen now, and definately not happening come Jan when 105 takes over. Tough times ahead, the U.S must work these issues out, or we all may pay!
