Overall I was dissapointed with the Turbo soundtrack because I think the Genesis version is better, but I think this song is really good.

@Number1StarSB The genesis version is more like the arcade because they have a similar sound chip. But the Snes version has better lead and synth sounds.

Lol, I just came back home for christmas and I'm in the same bedroom I used to live in as a kid and play SF2 on the snes. Its really << trippy 15 years on in the same room with this music.

I had every inch of the room covered in SF2 posters, they are gone now, but I can still rememebr them.

God this game owned me so hard :)

this is by far Yoko Shimomura's GREATEST Masterpiece. Applause for you Ms. Shimomura. also. If nintendo gets some Capcom to put Street Fighter Characters in the next Smash Bros.s game... They should have Yoko Shimomura herself arrange the tracks or at least have the original SFII version of most of the songs available.

~ Turbo on the SNES has the BEST versions of all the music from the Street Fighter series. When Super came out, the music was slightly different.

Yeah, the 2003 Hyper version had some good reiterations, but IMO SNES SF2:Turbo/New Challenger versions were indeed better; they were more clear and tranquil.
