He's right. The guys that attacked us on 9/11 were mostly from Saudi Arabia and the guy behind the attack is still wondering around somewhere between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Iraq didn't have a damn thing to do with 9/11, but since when has Jim Inhofe and his bunch ever let the facts confuse them.
Well this quote obviously does a poor job of giving Se. Rice's comments any sort of context. However, he is right that the terrorists who hit the U.S. on 9/11 were not from Iraq and disliked the US for reasons different from those terrorists in Iraq who dislike us.
