  • i have a 92 legacy so how could i fix it or test it

  • Somehow this managed to fix my rev limiter but not my speedometer. Prior to doing this fix my RPMs were limited to 4500 RPM. Any ideas of why this happened not that I'm complaining? :)

  • Great troubleshooting and a great workaround for the problem!

  • Hay man, nice job...

just a question. Do you think this would work on a 94 impreza wrx ?

  • So far, so good, your little trick works!

Incredible, the subaru dealer was ready to charge me 500$ to replace the whole cluster!!!

    Thanks!

  • THANK YOU. I've never done any work on my own car before, and I was able to do this. It took me about 45 minutes, and most of that time was spent jiggling the instrument cluster to get it out from behind the steering wheel. And it WORKED, at least in the immediate.

  • Wow, you are A Genius man how did you find that it was the issue. i spend hours upon hours of diagnosis and i knew it was the connector but i thought it was the wire so i resoldered it....lol
