A bike that is that big and has a sound like a 500+ cc and handles/performs like a bike is INFACT a bike. So please, don't you start calling a 500cc scooter - a bike neither.
@Grieg13 Yeah I think he may be thinking of CF motos V5 which looks like a motorcycle but uses scooter 250 engine and cvt, or might just be because Kymco is more known for scooters so you hear the name and think scooters!

say dude or chik shoud i buy one they look sweet and al but they call the 250 venox a scooter rather thatn a motorcylce cuz it has a CVT transmission

It does not! It is a 5 speed like any other bike with a clutch. I don't know who put out this info.
