Yeah, it definitely shouldn't be the same as a half in half out but it shouldn't be the same as a back half either (maybe a back half should be an A?).
I'll take advantage of it until they downgrade it though. (If I ever compete rings again...I've had chronic shoulder problems.)
How do you do the slow inlocate thing? I was trying the other day and I am no where near. Is it shoulder flexibilty or a special technique because my shoulder flexibilty is quite bad.

It's basically just flexibility unless you are strong enough to overcome your inflexibility by pulling up a little butterfly cross style.

I'm pretty sure I can. I don't know that I've tried before though. It's also just a B (same as a back half or a front half).
