May I apologise for some of my fellow Americans rudeness in thinking that everyone ought to publish in English. Most of them haven't been outside the US. In fact, these are the kinds of folks who elect the Bushes, Clintons, Obama's and Newts. It comes from their misguided beliefs that Americans own everything and rule the world. Sorry.
