Every time they're singing "And I can show you morning on a thousand hills, and kiss you and give you seven daffodils.", I will feel like falling in a dream
Lyrically beautiful and touching. Beautiful photo, I love Daffodils. It reminds me of how beautiful spring back when I used to live in Ohio. Daffodils is one of my favorite flower in the spring, so happy and cheerful color.
We sang this as a camp song. Great memories. I can't find a version that sounds just right, nothing sounds like the way we sang around a campfire. But this is definitely the closest.
my mother used to sing this to me, I didn't know it was a "real" song. I was just trying to find the lyrics online and this came up. thank you so much for posting this. it's very special to me.
I grew up with this group. My son took me to see them in concert a few years back for my birthday. It was a surprise. I got to give one of the members a thank you for all the years of fond memories. Funny, back then great music was considered "God given talent" and not everyone could participate...........so we listened and wished we had that talent. Talking to music or a beat just couldn't cut it. Not everyone made a sports team either.
