On all of the tutorials honey just use colors that look close to what she uses or any makeup artist uses and you should get close to the same look or you can even use different colors and get a similar look in a different color.

No it doesn't matter. But the better brands means better quality. hence why I use MAC etc... But as long as you have the right colours no matter what the brand, you can re-create it :) It's about skill
