wow, real professional set up there, hope to get to this stage myself my summer of next year. There is a HUGE flea market called Traders Village in Dallas I want to sell at.
Your booth looks very nice and neat. I like the gift boxed sets. I do alot of booths outside. I always bring bags full of rocks and tie them to the bottom of the legs of the canopy. I often tie down my neighbors' tent to mine too. I have seen so many accidents with these things flying. I hope you had a nice time despite the weather. It rained here today so I didn't set up a booth at my Farmer's Market.
Very nice soaps and display! Those winds can be scary for sure...My tent almost fell onto another vendor (scentsy) stand when a rogue wind came in from now where...Thank goodness I didn't break any of her ceramic burners Whewww!
@Mrssoappeddler I think the wind is every canopy owners nightmare. Keeping it weighted down isn't the problem. It's the wind twisting the frame or the possible canvas ripping in two. Just this last week, the farmers market vendor next to me didn't have his canopy secured well and it ended up in the back of my truck. The week before, the vendor across from me, lost one of his canopies ... the wind ripped his canopy right in half. After I saw that, we took our canopy down. Yes, it was scary!
I would love to know what was in the gift boxes, and also you packaging is lovely. I am doing a craft show this weekend and everyweekend until the 10 and I don't have half the inventory that you have. great job!
@YapahTaharSoaps Thank you. The gift boxes contained 3 bars of soap from each of my soap lines. (mens, womens, essential oils, farmers market, holiday-limited editions) I have 2 shows down and 3 more to do. Good luck with your craft shows.
