Jimmy Page had great tone when he recorded this solo..Not to mention that double neck Gibson Sg thats "$5000" I just think there are too many people out there plugging in and turning the grunge up... Good tone takes a long time to get and it can be done with ANY amp.. Hope that clarifies

he played a '59 tele given to him by Jeff Beck.

I always thought he did it with his Gibson SG double neck since that's how he always did it live. Did the majority of the song on the top neck, 12-string, & the solo on the bottom neck, 6-string. I find it some how inaccurate on wikipedia's part.
