Ok guys, this game isn't supposed to be an exact replica of the book, and in fact not even based off of the book. It's just supposed to be a fighting game. Nothing more, nothing less.

@LEGOZRULE Just because there are flashy swords and magic, does not mean that its fun. LOTR magic and stuff is subtle, and a true LOTR game would acknowledge that by making the game a little more realistic. An ordinary soilder would not be able to do combos like that, and spin around like an idiot. So Perhaps a fighting style similar Skyrim . And anything with The LOTR Title on it deserves to be true to J.R.R Tolkiens book, other wise what is the point, why not make up the world from scratch.

there shouldn't be mages in this game. When you see the films and read the books they never mention mages just the original wizards and i think there are only 5 in all of middle earth.

I like the archer mostly cause i like stealthy rangers.Plus those arrows are awesome,the 3 shot arrow is good when they get close,i can 1 shot the warriors with headshot,poison them so they walk slowly and then kill them with fire arrows.The zoom ability is so awesome.

Yeah I had some good moments with the warrior, it sucks though, when you get surrounded by scouts, and a (enemy) mage throws a firewall at your feet.

@SgtSamProductions Well sometimes the warrior is unless run out of stamina. My first favorite is warrior, then mage, then archer, and what else. Oh yea, and i hate scout except for the backstab that is very handy.

That might be so... But the problem with Warrior is in close combat against another, your survival chance is 50%. With another guy, it's virtually certein. Not so with archer or mage.

Lol it's just fun to play as Sauron, but sauron .. really he sucks! he hasn't even got those master powerful attacks, cannot heal and has almost the same health amount as a normal warrior, and the most sucking part is being backstabbed, that really looks screwed up :p pretty funny though

i just wish they took the make and/or scout class out of the game. i played online and its simply impossible to beat scout (its the class for ppl with no skill) because you are fucking invisible and kill ppl with one hit. changed mind about the mage that can stay just get rid of teh facking scout!!!

Also if you're playing a mage, cast the firewall spell (B) and if they move across it their inviz pops. Also, if you're holding up your shield and you watch carefully, sometimes you can see a scout's movements across your shield, and if your really lucky you can sometimes see them if they're near your lightning shot.

Archer, they can kill almost anything. And scouts can be seen when invisible if you stand still, but only if you have good eyesight. Aim for the head with an archer and everything will die.

No, it's literally crap. How can you get Pwned on such an easy game, it's like 123 ABC, childs play. I had higher hopes for a LOTR Xbox game. Atleast make the war scenes and characters more realistic, I want a entire army war game, where you can go into a crowd and kill like 50 guys non-stop.

Well thats what is depicted in the movie, Legolas always runs into battle killing masses with different weapons without a sctratch. I'm not saying don't make a scratch atall, but atleast bigger landscape war battles with more devastating effects.
