He missed two things!

1.You can hold the power button for about 15 seconds and it'll turn off frozen or not

2.Near the power button there may be a small button or little hole a shove a pen in it and it'll restart your pc!

Way 1: Only happens if you dont have welcome screen.

Way 2: Usually that only does shut down and sometimes nothing if not set in control panel.

Way 3. Like above ^^ intead of going to the back, HOLD DOWN the power button for 5 secs-ish

no he's got a pretty decent brain but he forgot the option to hold the power button for 5 seconds. it also works when im too lazy to click start

I will tell you want I am doing for my last option. I will never unplug the power cord or hit the switch in the back, I will press and hold the power button for 4-5 sec and the computer will shut-off. I don't recommend using the switch on the back.
