It's "Ad Lib Blues" from "The Pres-Ident Plays With The Oscar Peterson Trio", Norgran MGN 1054. The other musicians are Barney Kessel on guitar, Ray Brown on bass (both members of the Oscar Peterson trio at that time) and drummer J.C. Heard. It was recorded on August 4, 1952.
